For speed and quality, we use an outsourced manufacturing company to handle all of our printing and deliveries.

Most products take between 8-12 business days to arrive. In some cases, due to item back order, there may be a slight delay.
International customers can take up to 3 weeks depending on destination.

Yes, you will receive your tracking number to the email you provided during check out via USPS
All sales are final. We repeat ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However, we will exchange incorrect sizing (only if WE shipped the wrong size) and defective products that were damaged upon arrival (rips/holes/spills). We only exchange the SAME product.
You have a 30 day return limit to make the exchange.

If you put in the incorrect address and we get the items back as "Undeliverable", you will be responsible for the reshipment.
If your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office. The same applies to lost/stolen packages.
